Class Description
Join our friendly Senior Participants and you will feel welcome and will keep your body moving and mind alert gaining peace and harmony.
This program has so many benefits to be gained: Muscular Strength, Flexibility and Balance, reduces your risk of falls, improves your immune system with Arthritis and joint pain. We also include neuroplasticity and you will feel relaxed and this will also assist in better sleep and a feeling of calmness and wellbeing.
So many benefits can be gained from this program as you are joining in with Coralie who is a Registered qualified Fitness Instructor/Trainer including age care and Rehab with many years’ experience. These classes can also be done in a CHAIR and you can find your inner and outer strength.
These classes are easy to follow with no impact gentle on joints, no experience needed, no equipment needed just bring along a little water bottle, every participant is assessed on their medical history, receipts & or Invoices can be provided for private health funds and home care.
Registering is Essential: Classes run in 10 week blocks and numbers are limited.
