What does the class consist of?

 Each one-hour class is a total body workout. We promote student confidence and success. We develop quality
and bring to each class inspiration and enthusiasm for an enjoyable workout for each participant
to have a better feeling for life and a healthy heart and body.
Q.
Who can attend these classes?
A.
 The programmes cater to 60 and over. Ladies and Gents can attend these classes. Come along and make new friends. Experience not needed.

How much does it cost?

How do I enrol or get more information?
A.
 We have made the process very simple for you! You can book it online here or contact us by either e-mailing coralie@fitnessnow.com.au or by calling Coralie at
0415.065.800 or 9521.1480 to book a space in class and get further information.
Q.
Can I mix venues and times?
A.

 Yes, you can. If you cannot come to any class in which you are registered, you can “make up" a class by coming to
any of the other venues/class times. Check our Class Schedule for Fitness Now class times and venues.

Q.
What do I wear? What should I bring?
A.
 Wear comfortable clothing, i.e., shorts, track pants; t-shirt, etc. Comfortable Joggers or stable shoes. Bring a water bottle for drinking to all classes.
 You can bring your own Stretch bands, or they can be purchased from Coralie at a low cost.

Is there any floor work?
A.
 There is no matt work. Everything can be done in a chair or standing which is correct.

What do you advise your students?
A.
We advise our students to:Drink fluids
Use body for resistance
Work at your own level
Make time for yourself
Come to class with an open mind
Don’t give up
